Enter Recipient Details
Provide the recipient's name, bank name, account number, and routing number. Saved payees can be selected from your address book for faster repeat transfers.
Authorize with PIN
Enter your unique 4-digit transfer PIN to authorize the transaction. This step ensures no one but you can initiate an outgoing transfer.
Track in Real Time
Once confirmed, you receive a transaction reference number. Monitor the transfer status from your dashboard — from "Initiated" to "Completed."

Your Transfer PIN
Your 4-digit transfer PIN is a critical security feature. It is separate from your login password and is required for every outgoing local transfer. You should never share your PIN with anyone, and Whitestone Trust Credit Union staff will never ask for it.

Transfers between Whitestone Trust Credit Union accounts are always free. Transfers to accounts at other banks carry a small fee of $1.50 per transfer, regardless of the transfer amount.
The daily limit for local transfers to other banks is $50,000. Same-bank transfers have a higher limit of $100,000 per day. These limits can be adjusted based on your account type and verification level.
Our system validates the routing number and account number format before processing. If the account number does not match the recipient's name or if the account is invalid, the transfer will be rejected and your funds returned. Always double-check recipient details before confirming. If you notice an error after sending, contact customer support immediately.
Yes. Once you complete a transfer, you can save the recipient to your payee list. Saved payees appear in your address book for faster repeat transfers. You can manage your saved payees from the Transfers > Manage Payees section of your dashboard.
